OH, WAIT A MINUTE, that's every day life in Downtown Salisbury. The Mayor believes people are just tired and taking naps. The Constitution enables them to do so and there's no crime. "Help is on the way"?

That's so funny. could you imagine... i'm actually picturing different scenarios.
Prior to 1975 those who are "just tired and taking naps" could have been involuntarily committed to a mental hospital. US Supreme Court- O'Connor v. Donaldson changed all that and now we are left to deal with the chronic homeless, who in most cases have either some form of mental illness or addiction.
At least the city provides them with a place to take a bath.
Are their no loitering nor public nuisance laws? Will left wing liberalism speed the deterioration of downtown?
C'mon Jimbo, try to lead. You might like it.
Load them on a bus and move them out to Delawere or down to Virginia, and be done with it.
