ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Sunland Park, N.M., Mayor Martin Resendiz says he was drunk when he signed nine contracts with a California company that is now suing the city for $1 million.
The Albuquerque Journal reports Thursday that Resendiz acknowledged during a deposition that he had been drinking for several hours with executives of the architectural design firm Synthesis and didn't know what he was signing.

At least the Mayor has an excuse,whats Obamas excuse for his actions,I guess just wants to destroy the USA he gets an A for that!
Barry Soetoro's excuse is that he was on crack cocaine which he used while enjoying a romp in the sack with Larry Sinclair.
That is the lamest excuse I have ever heard. So the mayor thinks that he can vitiate a legal agreement because he was drunk? That's priceless!
