A drug task force detective says two people openly sold marijuana pipes and bongs at the Fayette County Fair in southwestern Pennsylvania.
Thirty-three-year-old Stephen Krug and 24-year-old Maria Zelik, both of Freedom, are charged with possession, conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver drug paraphernalia.

tommy chong went to jail for years for shipping those things out of state. they are legal to sell, but at a fair, c'mon nuckleheads. I keep mine hidden in the garage where my kids won't stumble across it.

Never could understand why Ocean City outlawed Salvia but still allows these things to be sold.

Why is it illegal to sell "smoking" devices? Overbearing gov't will let you buy it from a state dispensary, and then bust you as soon as you light up. Genius.
