The Salisbury Police Department is actively investigating these two incidents. Crime Solvers is asking anyone with information to come forward using the anonymous tip line at 410-548-1776.
Crime Solvers routinely pays cash rewards in amounts up to $1,000.00 for information that leads to an arrest. Callers in this case who provide information, even anonymously, will be eligible for a cash reward.

Just leave money in tin can on plaza. It will be forwarded.
What's the big deal? Just because they are on council? They deserve special treatment? I don't know them personally but as a whole, let them be treated the same way they have treated the citizens of Salisbury.
Whoever did these things is childish, wrong and just plain old cowardly.
If they do get caught, I hope they get some serious jail time, just because they are stupid. I'm sure that won't happen but punks like these need their butts kicked.
That said, let's move on. File an insurance claim and get back to business. (Or should I say START to do some business?)

Actions like that are why it's hard to find qualified people to take on those problems for $10,000 a year. People actually had nerve enough to question health benefits.
The homeless wouldn't even work for that, they have better health insurance. They go to the hospital and don't pay at all.
