Between 28- 29 July 2011, two members of the Salisbury City Council were both targeted in what is believed to be related vandalism incidents. In one of the incidents a rear window was smashed out in the 400 block of Virginia Avenue and in the other a rear window of a vehicle was broken out in the 800 block of Camden Avenue.
The Salisbury Police Department is actively investigating these two incidents. Crime Solvers is asking anyone with information to come forward using the anonymous tip line at 410-548-1776.
Crime Solvers routinely pays cash rewards in amounts up to $1,000.00 for information that leads to an arrest. Callers in this case who provide information, even anonymously, will be eligible for a cash reward.

I would like to contribute to the rewqrd fund and so would some of my neighbors. Who do we contact?
Just leave money in tin can on plaza. It will be forwarded.
What's the big deal? Just because they are on council? They deserve special treatment? I don't know them personally but as a whole, let them be treated the same way they have treated the citizens of Salisbury.
Whoever did these things is childish, wrong and just plain old cowardly.
If they do get caught, I hope they get some serious jail time, just because they are stupid. I'm sure that won't happen but punks like these need their butts kicked.
That said, let's move on. File an insurance claim and get back to business. (Or should I say START to do some business?)
I believe Joe said Police Chief Duncan.
It is very important that this crime is solved, what's next?
Actions like that are why it's hard to find qualified people to take on those problems for $10,000 a year. People actually had nerve enough to question health benefits.
The homeless wouldn't even work for that, they have better health insurance. They go to the hospital and don't pay at all.
2:10 sounds like they are trying to cover some foot prints.

If 'you know who' wasn't so er, girthy, we could blame him! The visual of him waddling away is too much! But there's a good chance he knows whooooooo...
