16 Countries, Including Mexico, File Briefs Against New Alabama Immigration Law

In an effort to ensure their citizens are treated fairly in Alabama, 16 nations, including Mexico, filed briefs against the state’s controversial new immigration law that has already drawn fire from the U.S. Department of Justice.

Edward Still, a Birmingham attorney who filed the brief, told The Montgomery Advertiser that the nations “want to have one immigration law and not 50.”

It's none of any other countries business what we do with our laws.

When does it matter what other countries think of our immigration laws? We are now controlled by them? Do they change their laws because of us on immigration? We are so screwed by liberal thinking democrats now.

Here we go a perfectly great country screwed over by immigrants. Cuba wanted to get rid of their criminals so they forced them on us and Carter the worst president ever let it happen. No other countries are following cubas lead. It's probably making their countries wealthier and safer to get rid of these free loaders.

I wonder how many of the 16 countries just let you walk in without documentation. More than likely none. When those countries start having the immigration problems we are then they may have a say. Until then "case dismissed".

The first thing our legal system needs to do is dismiss any action from foreign country's. this is America, or it used to be.

How do any of these foreign entities have "standing" in our courts? And we LET them argue OUR laws? LOL! Liberals and pansies thinks its perfectly fine that we (U.S citizens) now must explain and justify OUR LAWS to meet the satisfaction of people IN OTHER COUNTRIES!! Thomas Jefferson and Teddy Roosevelt must be crying in heaven. Citizens in border states like Arizona and Texas are SCREAMING for border security and instead of giving that to them (perhaps the greatest of duties of a government), we want to spend time and effort to give credence to the idea that they (foreign powers) have ANY say in what we propose as law in OUR country.
