64% Of Americans Can't Pay For $1,000 Emergency
If you had to fork over $1,000 right now, would you be able to do so without borrowing money or using your credit card? If so, then a new survey from the National Foundation for Credit Counseling says you're in the minority.
No because that $1000 or more comes out of our paychecks in the form of taxes to provide for food stamps, cash assistance, and cheap housing. God Bless the USA.

Got more then that in my desk drawer. You never know when Obama is going to shut off all ATMs in preparation for Marshal law.
