The plan will enable the transmission of text messages, voice calls, videos and photos, as well as automatic location information. The FCC hopes that such a plan will enable emergency responders to respond faster while also giving individuals more options for contacting 911, depending on the emergency situation.

911 dispatchers will love this , these guys are dumb as a brick anyway , just more problems for the future.
Our government thinking of more stupid ideas.
Once the 911 call is started, the 911 dispatcher will take control of the phone and watch video and audio, and track your location using the phones GPS. The only way to turn it off will be to pull out the battery.

911 operators are dumb as bricks until you need them......then who do you call when you need help?
