A 23-year-old man was shot to death in Wilmington on Sunday night, city police said.
Officers found the victim with a gunshot wound to the chest about 10:45 p.m at Ninth and Kirkwood streets.
He was taken by ambulance to Christiana Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Sgt. Ralph Houck said police have no suspects.
