Explosion Hits Near Norwegian PM's Office

Many windows of the building containing his office are blown out

An explosion in Norwegian capital Oslo blew out most of the windows of the government building housing the prime minister's office Friday, a witness told Reuters.

A Twitter user posted what was purported to be a photo of people gathering down the street form the blast.
