Steroids — they're not just for linebackers anymore. Some police officers, presumably seeking to get any edge they can to survive on the streets, are getting busted for 'roiding it up in increasing numbers.

I was watching one of those World's Strongest Man competitions on TV the other day. One of the top guys was a cop from Conneticut. He was clearly on massive steroids.
Add murder, extortion, blackmail, drug trafficking, falsification of documents, assault, rape, and grand theft to the list (all proven and a matter of record, across this nation) to the list and steriods pale in comparison.
cops breaking the law. I am so shocked!
And they carry weapons.
