Accused: Timothy Elroy Mason, B/M, 42 yoa of Salisbury, MD.

BRIEF RESUME:


On 8/18/2010
at approximately 1904 hrs., Trooper Moore of the MSP Salisbury Barrack and Officer Pizzaia of Salisbury City Police initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle that ran a stop sign at St. Albans Dr. and Mt. Hermon Rd. The vehicle initially failed to stop and led both police officers on a brief pursuit. The vehicle was ultimately stopped on Glen Ave. The operator of the vehicle was then identified as Timothy Elroy Mason.

At that time, officers from Salisbury City Police as well as K-9 unit from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Department recovered a plastic baggie in the immediate area containing a large amount of a white powder substance that was suspected to be cocaine. Mason was then charged with numerous traffic offenses and the criminal charges listed above. He was taken to WCDC for processing.
