BRIEF RESUME: On June 9, 2010 at approximately 1403 hours, Troopers from the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack were in the area of Rt. 13 and Lloyd Street, Salisbury, Maryland when they observed the above Hyundai driving in a reckless manner. Within seconds the vehicle was involved in a collision. Initial investigation revealed that Vehicle #2 driven by Anne Marie Daniz was traveling Southbound Rt. 13 attempting to make a left turn into a restaurant parking lot. Vehicle #1 driven by Marvin James McCaskill was traveling Southbound on Rt. 13 at a high rate of speed and failed to maintain a single lane striking Vehicle #2. As a result of Vehicle #1 striking Vehicle #2, Vehicle #1 continued and struck a curb, a parked vehicle, and a light support pole causing Vehicle #1 to flip end over end coming to rest in the parking lot. McCaskill was injured in the collision and attempted to flee the area on foot before being detained by Trooper’s. Both McCaskill and Daniz were transported to PRMC for their injuries. The roadway in that area was temporarily shut down.. McCaskill was charged with multiple motor vehicle citations and released as he was admitted to P.R.M.C. for his injuries.

this is the court system's fault and we are suckers for allowing it to happen. With his record, McCaskill should never have even been OUT of jail,let alone riding a vehicle.
so, what about the crack in his mouth? and what about fleeing from the officers? will he be charged upon release from the hospital? not to mention, Daniz was in a car and not on a motorcycle.
i know you're just relaying the info Joe, i'm just thinking maybe someone will clarify things.

Anon 8:12, you can not charge him when he eats all of the crack, also the fleeing police charge is charged on a traffic ticket, which I'm sure he was. This dirt bag was admitted for surgery and I'm sure he was signed and released on the tickets as these police agencies do not have the manpower to place two guards on him 24/7 while he is in the hospital.

No, the problem is that the task force decided that since it wasn't a "big bust" they weren't going to stick around with him at the hospital. They made the "road" work the accident and they just issued tickets and then probably went to lunch somewhere and were home by 4. Typical.
The sucker had a mouth full of crack and his hand was torn up bad. I saw it myself. Hes a known drug dealer and they will probably let him go and do it again. If you did it they would execute you that day, but not these drug dealers.Oh no! We have to protect their rights.
Well WINTF is state run, what do you expect. What to screw up a plan, screw up anything let the state police run it. Guaranteed failure. The only thing that saves them now is some of the state guys are former city cops that know what they are doing.
I thought Toyota made the Corolla? From the pics it looked like a silver Chrysler and a white station wagon. Didn't see any motorcycle.
