DRINKING WATER AT THE CORRECT TIME

Always knew to drink a lot of water, but who knew the timing effected things.

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human body:

2 glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs

1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal - helps digestion

1 glass of water before taking a bath - helps lower blood pressure

1 glass of water before going to bed - helps avoid a stroke or heart attack

a glass of water before every Alcoholic beverage lowers your bar tab.

When you have body aches, drink alot of water. Many times dehydration causes joints to ache.
