In case you haven't heard Peter Schiff (Ellen Sauerbrey quotes him in your blog about Obama's state of the union address), he is one of the very few people who predicted the housing bubble and was laughed off of news shows. This is a link of him speaking......well worth your time!

Peter Schiff and Gerald Celente are both excellent economist forecasters. They happen to be "truth tellers".
Anyone with any common sense knew there was going to be a housing BURST! It was all those people in denial and walking through life with blinders on that caused it ...you know, the same ones that are crying the blues now because they can't afford their $1500 a month mortgage payment on their $2200 a month incomes!
I though Bawney Fwank was the expert!
