On January 19, 2010 at 1:45 am, Troopers from the Salisbury Barrack of the Maryland State Police were patrolling in the area of Poplar Hill Avenue in Salisbury Maryland. In that area they observed a female subject wave down a vehicle that was travelling in the area. The vehicle returned and picked up the female subject. The vehicle was subsequently stopped for a traffic violation. Through further investigation, Troopers learned that the driver of the vehicle, Russell Lee Camper, Jr. 27, of Salisbury picked up the female, Angela Lynn Parkinson, 42, of Princess Anne for the purpose of paying her U. S. currency in exchange for sex. Both were arrested and transported to the Wicomico County Detention Center where Camper was charged with soliciting a prostitute and various traffic violations while Parkinson was charged with prostitution.

Thank goodness for State troopers because the City officers just watch this go on every day. The City has no initiative against prostitutes and the girls know it. Just another decay of our society and community.

I use to go to school with Russell Camper if it's the same one I know and his family is going to be ashamed of what he has done and they should be. There are plenty of easy women out there that men can get for free, why is it men wanna spend money for something they can get for free?

There are families living in Newtown with children, so do we want to family oriented neighborhoods, or should they all move away and just turn the place over to the pimps, prostitutes, drug dealers, and gangs?
Come on folks, everyone would agree prostitution in its self is one thing, but what goes with it does not belong in family oriented neighborhoods!
