On January 14, 2010 at approximately 3:15 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Community Action Team were in the area of Maryland Avenue and observed the below listed suspect acting in a suspicious manner. The suspect was hiding behind a fence. The officers approached the suspect on foot and found that the suspect had attempted to discard a plastic bag. The bag was recovered and found to contain a number of smaller bags of suspected marijuana.
