Joe: There is a bad accident at Mt. Hermon and Mt. Hermon Church Rd. and it is all blocked off at 4:30. 2 ambulances on the scene and a fire engine.

yes - a suv was stopped preparing to turn when a car slammed into the rear going 40-50 miles an hour.
