She definitely needs to be prosecuted without her the other people wouldn't have been there . That being said the crowd needs to be held responsible for it's individual actions, Just because it was a hoax doesn't mean they still get something for nothing but that seems to be the mentality of alot of the country !

I watched this on WJZ yesterday at noon, they were nice enough to blur her face because she is now undergoing a mental evaluation and as of that time had not been charged with anything.
I think it is the consumers fault as if anyone would ever just give it all away, especially in this economy!
