9:15 AM - It is not the power anyone gave him - It's Comegys - he just thinks whatever he says, goes. And right now, seems that he's sitting in the drivers seat because Smith and Shields cannot think for themselves and just vote right along with him all the time. What a pathetic, pathetic place Salisbury is with clowns like this on the city council.
The man has been shooting off his mouth big time since he lost his coveted mayor's seat.
