Incident: Domestic Assault
On Monday, 03/02/09 at 0052 hours, officers responded to an E. Main St residence regarding a domestic argument. Upon officers’ arrival they observed individuals outside of the residence yelling and subsequently heard yelling from within the residence. As the officers entered the residence, they observed the defendant yelling at and pushing another male. As officers attempted to separate both individuals, the defendant broke a window with his hand; causing Salisbury EMS to respond to evaluate the defendant’s injuries which did not require medical treatment. The defendant was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.
Arrested: Jonathan L. Gerity, 21 years of age Fruitland, MD
Charges: Assault – 2nd degree (2 counts)
Disposition: Released to Central Booking

On Monday, 03/02/09 at 0308 hours, officers responded to a Hayward Ave residence regarding a domestic argument. Upon officer’s arrival they spoke to a female victim who advised that she and her husband had been arguing and when she asked him to leave the house, the defendant struck her in the face. The defendant was placed under arrest.
Arrested: Andre Silva, 26 years of age Fruitland, MD
Charges: Assault – 2nd degree
Disposition: Released to Central Booking

I have to say.. Those gerity's,, They should make a TV show about Them!!! Look up that name in the MD case search website,, All they do is accuse then when the court case comes up they do anything to get outta the charges!

I agree. THis family is as disfunctional as they come.
yeah But really Maybe the boy was not treated right or taught right... If anyone here knows him. Please send him to a church or give him a bible. May GOD change these people.. I checked and saw they harm each other and others so much,, WHEN will that stop!

First of all, get your facts straight. and yes the cop that went to jail was from a girl who was just married into the family. who is now gone.
so what ever happened the other night why dont you ask. if you dont know the whole story you need to keep you mouths shut............
From the previous posts 10:02 is too informed,,, I checked the Police thing out, What is the connection beside the family name?? Anyway 3:31 is right. Please get this boy to chuch. The MD website about that family is SCARY!!!! He needs to disembbark on his own way and maybe HOPEFULLY Find Jesus!
WAit a Second, I am the guys uncle.he is not a bad kid,,, I am sure he does not need the unneeded publicity. He has young children, and I believe he may have been put in a bad situation.. The earlier post says it right you don't know. And YES! He should seek Jesus!
