I wonder if we could get the Marland Board of Physicians to try court cases. They seem to know how to hand down a sentence.
Permanent Revocation - that is some serious buisness there.
some of you people out there didn't believe these women but guess what, they all were telling the truth. The jury found him innocent, I hope they sleep good at night. Now he can't hurt his patients but watch out other women and children
First off that was pitiful, the man is innocent. I know him personaly and consider him a good friend. People just like to stir up problems and create drama for publicity and attention. The lady had an alternative motive but everyones to stupid to believe it or even think of that.
There was one person whose testimony, the entire testimony, the jury was allowed to hear. The other women were only allowed to testify that the Dr. was an untruthful person. The one witness who did testify was confused and did not present well on the stand. In the end, the jury could not get beyond "reasonable doubt." There were members of the jury who were not particularly comfortable with the verdict, but they could not convict him on the one charge. He was found guilty on the other charge that day.
What happened to the civil suit that was brought against him?

Primo...what were this woman's alternative motives, I haven't heard anything that she has gained from coming forward? But people like you, downgrading her and thinking that she is doing this for other reasons besides the fact that she wanted to get this sick man off the streets and prevent him from doing this to any other woman and thank god for her because she has now accomplished that! Primo come to the realization that your "friend" is a sick human being!!!! The victim is my friend and i am so proud to call her one!!!
I want to know what publicity or attention the victim has recieved from coming forward? Primo I think that you are too stupid to realize what kind of person your "good friend" is!
