The Hypocrisy of the Barrie Comegys Clique

Yesterday's op-ed by slumlord Richard Insley highlights a little game being played by the Daily Times, the Barrie Comegys clique, and their new found pal in the blogosphere. While members of the clique are "playing victim" (claiming that they are attacked by those evil blogs), they are using a local malcontent to level the worst kind of hate and lies.

How do you spell HYPOCRITE?

There's more to come--wait until they announce the date and time of the latest "clean-up" effort in Church Street, and ask yourself who they hope will be able to participate, who they hope won't be able to participate due to job demands, and how these weasels can turn ANYTHING into a political issue. They are friends with a blogger who likes to stalk people. Nice.

After the fall-out of all this blind hatred in a few months, one might find themselves with no allies and not a leg {I mean wheel} left to stand on.

Why should they have to keep
cleaning up church street.
Can't the idiots who live there do something rather than break the law and bleed the tax payers.
Nuke em!!

Your comment just shows that your behavior is no better than those I write about.

If you want to attack someone's ideas, make an argument. If you want to attack them, please don't use something I have written as a platform.

Mr. Harrison. Mine is a statement of fact for all involved. The entire community is tired of that type of nonsense no matter who composes it. If you wanted a post with nobody's comments allowed-write it that way. But save your little lectures for school-children; and stand up for your own self, then. I'm not impressed.

I don't know what statement of fact you are referring to. I was grossly offended by the "not a leg (I mean wheel)" remark.

Attack people all you want. Just please don't make me a party to it. I wouldn't want SbyNEWS to refuse your comment, I just want you to practice a little restraint.

Such comments only make you look as bad (or even worse) than the the person you are making them about. Also, please don't try to use the same ploy that he uses by claiming humor. It's just more hypocrisy.

All I am saying is you have YOUR OWN blog to make unilateral, unchallenged statements within-if you don't like the "real" comments here don't cross-post and try to 'have it both ways' by trying to organize a wimpy "pity party" {comparable to running to the principal, crying, because a girl pushed you down and stole your Diego lunchbox on the playground}and then cry when the buffalo wings we bring to the party are too spicy. Grow up.

BTW...If the word of the day today you choose to promote is "HYPOCRISY"; why does a simple Google search reveal you also appear to cross-post {i.e. sell your soul to any bidder} on a blog that shares an author that refers to Mr. Albero-your host HERE- as a form of lower body infectuous fluid? And then you write here with a tear in your eye, from your horse on the 'moral high ground' appealing for sympathy and pity and talk to us like we are children. Hypocrite-Heal thyself; maybe you are more of the problem from the last decade rather than the solution...

I would suggest that you read a little. Perhaps a GED program would help.

First of all, ANY post authored by one person is an unilateral act. I make the same offer to you that I have made to DT's Laura D'Alassandro. I can recommend several decent online dictionaries or I can mail you a printed one.

I have NEVER expected my arguments to go unchallenged. I simply expect that people with IQ's above body temp would respond with a counter-argument. ANYONE who makes a comment similar to the one referring to Jonathan Taylor being in a wheelchair is worse than anything that man has written. My opinion of him is fairly clear.

I attack what the man writes. You seem to prefer attacking the person. You have a right to your (obviously malformed) view. Joe Albero allows you this forum to express that twisted view (I do the same on "Delmarva Dealings"). Just don't expect to have that view go unchallenged when it is attached to anything that I write.

BTW - this wasn't a cross-post. I don't cross-post on SbyNEWS. It takes up too much time. I either post original content or I write a relatively short intro and then link to the primarily post if it's on "Delmarva Dealings".

Anon 1605 -

It's fairly obvious that you are also the person who posted previously. Get a dictionary. PLEASE have someone read the definition of hypocrite to you.

I am assuming that you are referring to "Red Maryland". Please explain by what twisted logic you deduce that I am responsible for something written by another author. I am no more responsible for something written by another author on "Red Maryland" (although I wish I could take credit for most of Mark Newgent's writing) than I am responsible for something written by Joe Albero or one of the other authors on SbyNEWS. Nor am I responsible for comments written by intelligent individuals or their opposites (look in the mirror for a definition of "opposite), or those in between.

Unlike you, I sign my name to what I write. I stand by it. If someone makes a good counter-argument to something I write I admit it. If someone provides evidence of a factual error I correct the error.

I'm not too worried about that with you, however.

GA. I read a lot. YOUR OWN HYPOCRISY is starting to really piss me off. And I watch your pathetic self on PAC-14, too; trying so hard to form cogent sentences. You are pathetic-and I am going to let you and all these fine, trusting people know about it. I don't want to hear a word from your pathetic; seventies clip-on tie and navy blazer-nerd philosophjy guano. Stay in the corner!! Why don't you tell your host, Mr. Albero, your innermost feelings-and why you allow yourself to affliate yourself with Mr. Patterson, and his descriptin of Mr. Albero. You suck, nerd boy-don't make mkje remind you!!!!

anonymous 10:33, wow, a tough guy! I want you to take a moment and really think about this. Do you REALLY think GA or I give a crap about what you say or think?

All I'll say to you is this. You better bring backup because I'll be there watching GA's back.

Joe-Stop him...we have had enough and are really pissed off at the hypocritical pandering a la Comrade Harrison. He has always pretended to be a really good man; but we really thinks that Harrison guy is really a foolish-pansy traitor. Please help us. Quite frankly, I would join any misguided militia instead of listening to that pathetic pansy filth GA tries to spurt on top of your stomachs....makes me bloody sick..

Let me tell you this right here and now. I have known GA Harrison for many years now and quite frankly you are the very first person I have ever heard show any hatred towards this man. You must be none other than Jonathan but you spell too well, so I'm a bit thrown off. Not that you didn't make many mistakes but that Idiot couldn't spell his own name to save his life.

Nevertheless, I'm very proud to call GA my friend and like I said, bring backup because I will always have his back.

I absolutely love being called a communist. I don't mind pansy quite so much.

I do love your ability to present a cogent, fact based argument JT. I love to see that spring trap of a mind working overtime.
