Well Folks, the ticker is moving fast and Barrie Tilghman has only 59 days left in Office. I thought I'd share the Before & After shots of who she was and what she's become. I had absolutely NOTHING to do with her aging.

Joe, I'm not sure that I agree that you had "absolutely NOTHING to do with" the mayor's aging!
Show me any elected official who doesn't seem to "age" after even one 4 year term in office.
Usually when they age this much, it is a sign of them being stressed over things they maybe shouldn't have been involved in.

I've always felt sorry for her in-laws, the Tilghmans. They are such classy and decent people. Surely their son Matt could have found someone kinder, gentler and classier than Barrie.
Joe, do the decent thing when you attend Barrie's retirement dinner. Take her a dozen roses and wish her the best in the future. Make sure that all the photos that you take present her in a favorable way. Take photos early before she gets drunk and looks like death warmed over.

well you were right Joe. she was totally worthless to me and my family. she lied and said she was going to help and did nothing after she called me and made this long conversation with me about my issue and promised to help. and she never has called back. had her secetary to do it. for them to do NOTHING... But you had already warned me so I wasnt expecting anything more. thanks for nothing our great and wondeful mayor... And thanks Joe for your help and support. Maybe you should be Mayor..hahaha
The mare is heading out and I hope we can now focus on more important things and just LET IT GO!
Our time is better served getting to work now on ideas to pull this stick called Salisbury out of the mud.
