Comment Referencing Harvard Law Following The Tilghman vs Albero Lawsuit

"Harvard Alumni has left a new comment on your post "Postponed Again!!!!!!!":

Why does everyone have to question Mr Albero about the Harvard School of Law having an interest in this case?

Here is a quick link where anyone can verify this as a fact:

Harvard has a very strong interest in Freedom Of Speech.

The case of a sitting Mayor using public funds to sue a blogger is of national interest.

The smart money is on the blogger Mr. Albero winning this case.

The case will then set a precedent or a standard by which all public officials across the USA will be held to should they want to file suit against a private citizen merely because they do not like the message."

Funny how all the links to Joe's case from the DT and Sun are all 404 not found!
How do you spell "cover up"?

Sorry IGAF but it's going to have to take a lot of Barrie Tilghman's out there to break me. Just another write off for me and a happy attorney too boot.

Thats cool, bring her down. It's time for change in the "Bury". She needs to be brought down and go out "famous" or is it "infamous"?

I think "Notorious" is the word you're looking for, IGAF.

That's it Daddio!

Joe
What happens in the end if she decides to just walk away? Im sure you have spent alot of money on this BS case can you go after her for the money you have spent?

anonymous 7:44,

I wanted the Judge to know that I was being completely honorable by not counter suing her, at the time.

Now, what I choose to do AFTER she is no longer Mayor, well, that's completely up to me. However, the money thing doesn't bother me a bit. Trust me, when and if I take her to Court it will be for a whole heck of a lot more than $9,999.00.

If you know anything about law, knowingly stating lies as truth (which you know you have done) and with your actions since, odds are you are going to lose. With you PBJ. it doen't look good...Do you wonder why you are being investigated by the MSP at this moment

Joe:

Get your Perry Mason to "opine" (that's a Barrie boogie) whether she is still as much a public figure -- especially as to her conduct as mayor -- after she leaves office and won't be able (unless Bubba becomes mayor) to get the City to cover her legal costs.

And - keep up the good work, please, for the rest of Salisbury!

Girl man-up, and sign your name, you know you want. What do you have to loose? Your always right, right?

Oh, I think da' Mayor will continue, her arrogance is boundless. Hope the leash of the law pulls her choke-chain up short. Bet she changes her tune aferwards though.

I'm with Joe in this fight against Tilghman, but it should be noted that there's no evidence that she is using public funds for the suit.

Just don't want him to be in any more trouble. I don't think she's got a case.
