Welcome, Fruitland election fans! The election is over and it is official! Ray Carey and Gloria Ortiz have won re-election - all the challengers are buh-bye!!!
It came out exactly as was predicted elsewhere about 2 weeks ago. Marc Mosquitto bit the dust as did the two newbies who did too little too late.
Frankly, Cowell was spread way too thin with the Dean stuff and the HOA stuff and the graciously- accepted, high- profile, hi-falutin’, Commandant Barrie ble-sheet appointment - zu befehl! Dude! Just learn when to say No!
Algie “Fred’ Giles seemed, to me, to be the most stand-up guy of the non-winners and I applaud his contribution to Fruitland’s electoral process. He is a person I would like to get to know better. He is still ugly, but is getting more cuddly all the time.
All the inhabitants of the “Bloodsucker Garage” must be pretty glum. This is the second time in a row that their leader’s proboscis has been blunted and has nowhere to go, besides back to the cesspool. ZZZzzzttt! By now, even the most blunted minds and the most dull, if flexible snouts must realize that no means NO!

The hobby shop must be crying this morning knowing nobody wants him.
I'm sure he thought coming to see you would put him over the top. That was a great photo you took! What a joke!
The shows not over - two years from now he will be making a fool of himself again.
