Reminds me of mandatory house fire sprinklers put in place by Jim Mathis and his cronies where Jim works. Delaware is going to leave Maryland in the dust. Maryland will have few new homes and a bunch of Section 8 rentals. Who will pay Jim ? A swimming pool, four wheeler or motorcycle is much more dangerous than a new home without a fire sprinkler system. The smoke will kill you before the sprinkler is activated by a fire. FACT.
