Gov. McAuliffe on Scalise Shooting: 'There Are Too Many Guns on the Street'

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) called for more gun control immediately following the shooting of House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) at a congressional baseball practice this morning in Alexandria, Va.

McAuliffe then stated that "we lose 93 million Americans a day to gun violence" before correcting the figure to 93 when a reporter pointed out the mis-statement.

Terry Mcaullife twice says we lose 93 million a day to gun violence, until reporter corrects him."That's a big number."

"This is a very serious issue," he said, recalling the recent "senseless" murder of a Virginia state trooper.

McAuliffe said "there are too many guns on the street" but then said the issue shouldn't be raised today.

Blow it out your are, Mcauliff! There's not enough guns on the street! You've taken them away from the good guys, and the bad guys all have them and don't care about laws!

How stupid do you want to get? The sky is the limit, and you're not there yet!

Let us defend ourselves and the gun crime will look like Phoenix, AZ.

The actual problem is that there are not enough guns not on the street.

They want to hint about gun control now that one of theirs own was hit with a bullet. Now they feel what we been dealing with for at least 60 years of my life. When one of them loss a child in gun violence, a stricter gun law bill WILL soon get passed. Now they see what we have suffered from. And, this ain't about demo or republic. This is about a dead beat overall Congress. Both parties are at fault. They All stop working since the the Clinton administration.

Terry is just another far left loon who likes to hear himself talk. He is clueless as to statistical data and relies on public ignorance or ambivalence to spew his crap. This tactic is generally used by the left as another tool in the kit to garner votes from the under and uninformed.
