In addition to his parents, Declan is survived by his maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Dayle Jones of Owings, MD; paternal grandparents, Michael and Tammy Ennis of Parsonsburg; four great-grandmothers, Ruth Jones, Joyce Bass and her husband Foster, Mildred Ennis and Barbara Ennis. He is also survived by two uncles, Jesse Jones and Brandon Ennis and his wife Kim.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Holloway Funeral Home, Salisbury. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Pastor Keith Myer will officiate. Declan will be buried in Forest Grove Cemetery in Parsonsburg.
