Mrs. Hansen was a member of Atlantic United Methodist Church in Ocean City, MD, most recently attending Harvest Baptist Church in Salisbury, MD, and had worked as a transcriptionist at Peninsula Cardiology in Salisbury for many years prior to retirement. She was always able to find the good in everyone that she met, and appreciated everything anyone ever did for her.
Evelyn is survived by one daughter, Linda J. (Philip) Considine; two granddaughters, Kristina Michele Considine and Christy (Bryan) Murphy; one great-granddaughter, Lyla Murphy and a special devoted friend, Sheila Bednar. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Jeanette Herbert of Cape Coral, Florida.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Hansen, a daughter, Laura Hansen, a special son-in-law, Gary Grazioso, and a sister, Sonja Dubinsky.
A memorial service, officiated by the Rev. Keith Myer, will be held on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury, MD, with a visitation one hour prior to the service. A memorial service will also be held in New Jersey at a later date.
