Around 6:45 p.m., police responded to the area of 11550 Stewart Lane in White Oak for a report of an attempted child abduction.
Police say 8-year-old and 9-year-old cousins were playing at a neighborhood park when 37-year-old Jemberu Bekele Geda approached them.
Geda grabbed the boys by their wrists and tried to bring them to his apartment. The boys told Geda they did not want to go with him and he let go of their wrists.

Public castration and if that isn't good enough - dismemberment! I'm all for deterrence in this day/age. Simply locking up an perverted asshat doesn't work anymore!
Plus, saves my tax dollars for something MORE important - like INFRASTRUCTURE RECONSTRUCTION!
Not some damn wall in the middle of Coastal Highway; paint jobs on water towers or trash cans; etc etc etc!
Now if those parents gathered family and neighbors to "play" with him they'd receive more time than he ll probably get. A sick bastard. That mess is acceptable in some of their cultures/country. Thats why he sees nothing wrong and why they shouldnt be in ours.
