Yeah she is a social worker. She was also Laurels woman of the year previously but her son was also locked up for loads of heroin like maybe a year ago. Sad change of life.

I don't know if I am writing this in the correct place or not but I want to make a comment. Within a few minutes it will be April 23, 2017. I don't know the situation with Kathy Wootten, but I want to say she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. MOST IMPORTANTLY, she is the hardest worker you will ever find and would and will go out of her way to do anything for anyone. She is a wonderful mother, grandmother. She may have had a problem that none of us knew about but I will proudly stand by her and call her my friend.
I also know Kathy Wooten and she is a nice person and is involved with helping others. Unfortunately, there are consequences to actions and I hope she gets some help for her problem. Good people make mistakes and we are only responsible for ourselves so I don't see what her son being a heroin dealer has to do with anything. He is being punished for his crime.
