While I can understand the concern, proving that any of those in the picture were the ones who damaged the sign is going to be hard. They are just going to say they found it laying in the street somewhere. Maybe a better alternative for OCPD would be to post on their FB reminders to the kids to report any crime when they witness it or someone trying to sell them drugs and/or any other suspicious behavior they may witness and how the OCPD wants to keep a safe environment for them to have good memories of their Senior Week at the Beach. More public service like the stay safe on the balcony post.
Well, i'm guilty as can be. I had street signs, stops signs in my room40 years ago. and i imagine many on here did. I also got paid to make them for the county for a year after my wild days. alot get stolen. having been on both sides, i don't see it as a really big deal unless it gets out of control. and i never saw that when i worked for the county.

If you don't feel it's such a big deal then why don't you just forgo your rent and start paying for the stolen ones out of your own pocket.
Hold up, that sign would take more than two or three hooligans to take down. And from the damage to the sign I would say it was downed by a car or something bigger. Reminding you that they can withstand hurricanes and worse. Signs that are downed by external forces are already past the point of being put back up, secondly, putting signs back up in wrecked condition is an eyesore. Especially in OC. The sign is free game in this scenario, and they are just ramping up to keep people from future theft and brasiness.

I would imagine OCPD has a little more pressing matters then a stolen street sign.....
The girl inundated national television for over two years so maybe, just possibly someone will recognize her,DUH.
It was probably knocked down by a car before they got it.
424-Doubtful.
They are in possession of stolen property that is a criminal charge.
Casey has put on a few pounds, but still hot.
