The reason? She filed her motion in Circuit Court on May 14, but while the matter was still jurisdictionally in the lower District Court. The matter was not moved into Circuit Court until May 21, a week later.

The judge only rejected because it was filed while the case was still in District Court. She can refile and who knows what the outcome will be then.
What is apparent though is her stupidity and yes affirmative action is to be blamed. Just a few days before this ruling came out, her office had submitted a motion in which they accused the defense of the same filing in the wrong court.
Anyway bottom line is this skank Mosby is a bad bad actor. She's got corrupting running in her veins and is out to get cops because her father was a bad cop who was caught by the good ones.
And yes she only won because she is black. Blacks are stupid like that. They would vote for a child rapist killer so long as they were black. This is one of their many major difficulties and why the race has never advanced like other races have. There is no help for them until they wise up both intellectually and morally.

I was reading through the Baltimore City SA's FB and came upon this brilliant-LOL- statement-
"Naacp Wicomico I have never seen a States Attorney with enough courage to prosecute police officers. To the citizens of Baltimore, please protect her from the blue shield (cops).Peace and blessings. Mary Ashanti"
This Ashanti is a complete and utter ignoramus. She's "never seen" a SA with enough courage to prosecute cops? Is she for real? Is Ashanti that ignorant and clueless or is she just like the rest of them and is extremely prone to lying? The NAACP should at the minimum have officers who are better versed in what is going on because the fact is police officers are prosecuted every day in this country. And just think. This Ashanti loser probably multiplied and passed her defective genes off on another generation.
This just proves yet again how eager she is to convict these police officers. I believe she is too bias to be in charge of a fair hearing for these officers. She needs to be removed, and this case needs to be transferred to another city.
