Why more conservatives are backing solar power

When it comes to renewable energy, Barry Goldwater Jr. is willing to admit that the Democrats did something the Republicans should have done a long time ago.

"Conservative support for green energy has always been there, but the Democrats capitalized on it more than the Republicans," the former Republican congressman and Arizona legend told CNBC. "The Democrats did a better job of promoting it."

As a conservative, Goldwater has become a vocal advocate for solar energy in recent years. He currently serves as the chairman of "Tell Utilities Solar won't be Killed" (TUSK), a solar advocacy group that is pushing for energy independence across the country.

And he doesn't think there is anything odd about being a political conservative who also challenges utility companies for the right to choose solar over traditional forms of power. In fact, he finds it to be the natural outcome of true political conservatism.

LENR (Low Energy Nuclear Reaction) or Over Unity (Zero-Point Vacuum Energy) is where Mr. Goldwater should be concentrating his/our R&D. Solar, at best, is regional thus inferior.
Andrea Rossi's LENR reactor 'E-Cat HT' produces [heat] "...one order of magnitude higher than any conventional source."

And, retired Lt. Col Thomas E. Bearden along with his group have produced Over Unity generators that mutilate Maxwell's laws of electrodynamics (at least 34 flaws), show a seriously flawed path of classical electrodynamics and prove "..major errors exist in the classical electromagnetics/electrical engineering (CEM/EE) model."
What's all that mean? Zero-Point is real! It's just being stepped on.
These, virtually free, energy sources are going the way of the UFO.., covered up & classified. Colonel Bearden has publically admitted gov't belligerence toward his research. And, the only reason Rossi hasn't had the same is because they're in Italy with Sweden's backing.

Solar power would be great but it's not ready to power a country yet.
