WASHINGTON — The FBI has a person in custody they say is responsible for shooting incidents on the ICC and near the NSA at Fort Meade, as well as other locations in the DC-Baltimore area over the last two weeks.
An FBI spokeswoman tells WTOP early Wednesday that they took a man into custody after a report of shots fired Tuesday night near the National Security Agency at Fort Meade.
Tuesday afternoon, shots were fired on the Intercounty Connector, about 12 miles from the NSA. Police say one vehicle was hit, and one person was injured by broken glass.

Can't be, Md. has laws against that kind of behavior.
How can you call 12 miles away "near"
