They forgot one major economic fact - listed under Major Employers.
The number of School Teachers employed by the Wicomico County Board of Education. There must be at least a 1000 or more of these.
One would have thought that they would have included this number.
They forgot to mention that Labinal is LEAVING!
I call bs on the winter temp and yearly snowfall amounts!
Because the host of this blog and many others will argue that BOE employees are paid by the State. While that may be the case, I argue that despite where they are paid from, they live (mostly) and spend their salaries locally therefore it should be included as part of the Wicomico County economic model.
