THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WAKEFIELD HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WATCH...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM LATE TONIGHT THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING. * AREAS AFFECTED: LOWER MARYLAND EASTERN SHORE. * HAZARDS: MIX OF SLEET AND SNOW...THEN SNOW LATE THURSDAY MORNING THROUGH EARLY EVENING. * TIMING: RAIN WILL MIX WITH SLEET BY EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.
