Mikulski announced Monday that she would not run for reelection in 2016. The 78-year-old Maryland Democrat is currently in her fifth term.
O’Malley said in a statement he was “hopeful and confident that very capable public servants with a desire to serve in the Senate will step up as candidates for this important office. I will not be one of them.”

He really should and he doesn't even know it.Not even showing up as a blip on the radar yet should give him a clue.He really should go for the bird in the hand.
Ego is getting in the way. He could win the Senate seat easily and yet he thinks being Hillary's VP is going to propel him to President.
Wouldn't be able to win it anyway, has a little bit of sense left....maybe
O'Malley's head is huge. He's wasting his time. He'll end up left out in the cold and that's OK with me.
If he had one gray cell in his head, he shouldn't run for anything period.
Well, that's what he might be saying now, but it wouldn't supprised anyone if he had "Change of Heart" later. He is very good in changing his mind frequently. He is also very good in Consistently Taking Money from Taxpayers and playing on people's nerves. Therefore he should consider a new career of Sidewalk Street Musician.
I would bet the ranch that with his monstrous ego he already has picked out the curtains and rug for the Oval Office.
O'Malley for President in 2016
Hes figuring on the uninformed out there to vote for him. Well there are a lot of stupid morons out there to put him in office.
