They hacked the election board.
No big deal here. WBOC uses a canned site that has known exploits. Most news companies us the same canned stuff from world now. Once you hack one the rest are easy.
What kind of sloppy IT director would use the same password for both the website administration and their twitter account? And if they didn't use the same password, they probably linked them both back to the same email address, so that you have "forgotten password" emailed to you where this "hacker" had access.
Obviously the hackers have Low standards wboc Really,lol.
