If she was being abused and fired that weapon in defense.....good for her! Screw the no self defense law in Maryland.
What charges?
Arguing with a family member? Is discharging a firearm inside your house a crime?
Seriously, what crime has been committed here?
I hate this idoitic libtarded state..cant wait to leave ASAP...self defence is NOT A CRINE EXCEPT IN MD
5:11 don't you realize that in this state just to have a pistol, with no ammo, is a violent crime. (sic) If you move from one house to another moving your guns in a vehicle is also a crime, i am serious on this one, don't know how you are suppose to transport them between residences but if it is in your car you are carrying a concealed firearm unless you have a permit for concealed carry!
Is anyone even reading this?? It says VERBAL dispute. Uh, no you cant fire a gun during a verbal dispute, even in your own house. Not everything has to be a gun debate.
