Al Sharpton for federal prosecution, was killed by neck compressions from the chokehold and "the compression of his chest and prone positioning during physical restraint by police," city medical examiner spokeswoman Julie Bolcer said.
Asthma, heart disease and obesity were contributing factors in the death of the 43-year-old Garner, a 6-foot-3, 350-pound father of six, she said.

Police do what they've been trained to do. In this case they were trained to murder a man that had just broken up a fight, then they accused him of selling un-taxed cigarettes to smear him and justify the murder. As far as they are concerned, he was a black thug so who cares. Everything is fine and the murderer's will be back on the street "protecting" others from the dangers of those cheap cigarettes soon!

I just watched the video over and over again and I wouldn't call that a choke hold. The smaller officer grabbed him from behind to bring him to the ground. The smaller officers arm was around his neck to help bring him down and that is not the "choke hold" I was trained with. They also did not put much if any pressure on this criminals chest. This big fat overweight criminal had a known medical history. His days were numbered anyway. The fact that headlines in another article states that Eric Holder is watching this case closely speaks volumes. This was a set up because someone caved in to the feds and now this young officer is going down for this known take over by the Federal Government. We will be a police state before you know it because of you soft hearted morons. NYPD has one of the best police departments in the world and they top any federal police agency in existence today.

NYPD Choke Hold
I am a medical professional and I can assure you that the little 5 second "choke hold" did not kill that overweight criminal. I counted the so called choke hold and it was less than 5 seconds. Let's pretend that you stop breathing for 5 seconds. Hopd your breath for 5 seconds. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. What happened? I bet you easily took another breath with no problem. After the so called choke hold the criminal was saying "I can't breathe, I can't breathe." If he couldn't breathe this is what you would hear " ."
If you can speak you can breathe. If he was moving air his wind pipe(trachea) wasn't collapsed or compressed as in the so call notes from the medical examiner. A trachea consists of cartilage which is pliable so that is does bounce back if compressed.
This overweight criminal had a known cardiac and asthma condition which more than likely contributed to his demise. His 175 lbs of adipose tissue also contributed to his demise. Keep eating those fried foods like cheeseburgers and French fries.
This young cop is the scapegoat for a federal take over as well as another era of rioting just like the Rodney King episode. This is the reason they are effective but also deadly. There are numerous instances where people died from a vascular choke hold. Which is why they are outlawed in some places.
If one was to read the coroners report the choke hold was only one of many contributors to the cause of death. If you don't believe what I said Google it.

There was no compromise of any of the vasculature in the neck. That is why he was conscious and breathing the whole 5 seconds of the choke hold. Quit hating cops and defending thugs.
