On the WBOC website, they simply stated that "we have reached and agreement". I'm sure that agreement was for wboc to shut the f**K and accept the contract or we will drop you! I'm certain they did not get their way.

Fox 21 is carried on channel 17 on DirecTV.
I'd guess that `BOC blinked. Draper has to be the one to pull the plug, and they didn't want their ratings to drop, even for a day.
