UPDATE TO PRESS RELEASE FOURTH SUSPECT LOCATED AND ARRESTED
On 1/3/14 at approximately 1800 hrs., Troopers located the fourth armed robbery suspect in his home on 912 Liberty Street in Salisbury. Troopers developed information as the suspect’s whereabouts and went on foot patrol in an attempt to locate the suspect.
The 17 YOA suspect has been waived to adult status and is being charged with the following:
1. Armed Robbery
2. Robbery
3. Reckless Endangerment
4. First Degree Assault
5. Second Degree Assault
Suspect #4
Phillip James Marvel DOB 10/22/96 W/M
912 Liberty Street
Salisbury, Maryland
The victims as well as the other suspects identified the above suspect as the gunman in the armed robbery. Marvel will be transported to Central Booking for processing.

maybe Salisbury needs to start violating the constitution and start a stop and frisk program here!
