Cops walking up, spraying pepper spray, then immediately walking away while putting away pepper spray, is based on what or any aggression by civilians?
Come on, come on, speak up. Stop trying to justify and explain away all these abuses and injustices. Unless you want to volunteer for some yourself.
Even if I thought you might deserve it, I still would not support it. We are a nation of laws by God, and its high time the police start following them also.
