Worcester County seems to have more financial wherewithall than Wicomico, but they can't seem to get a handle on crime.
@2:21 what are you talking about? Salisbury was on the nations list for most dangerous cities in America per capita and ranked higher than Baltimore or Washington. Wicomico has some of the worst crime in Maryland.
Half a pound of pot and a grand. Woo hoo. Crime of the century. That will stop the murders.
