Food. Gambling. Sex. Drugs. People can be addicted to almost
anything, including Facebook, according to a recent study.
Norwegian researcher Cecilie Schou Andreassen says some people who frequently use
the social networking website can show the same signs of addiction associated with gambling.

i quit after 8 months. i was spending so much time on there. i was on there and didn't even wan to be. talking to people no more than 2 miles away.
i quit cold turkey 4 months ago. maybe once a month i'll activate my account just to see if anything is new.
back to taking walks, and getting outside more.
i was amazed at what i read while on there. i mean, the only thing some people don't put on there is when they use the bathroom.
