yep. in fact, if they are younger and in the right mind, the kid can be charged for murder right? honestly, we cant have it both ways.

depends on the student and the teacher. I'm sure everyone knows at least one teacher they would have enjoyed when they were 18!

NO! Although I don't think a female teacher is anything but a good thing for a male student, it is 100% unprofessional and some would say immoral for a person in a position of power and authority to engage in this type of relationship with someone under them.

If the teacher is say 22 or 23 I don't see that much wrong with it.Like an earlier comment stated, you can't have it both ways.18 is legal, plain and simple, but 15 will get you 20.

Well, wrong or right, if they are over the age of 18 then LEGALLY there is no laws broken...

And I don't know about you but not many kids are 18 when they graduate from high school...

I graduated from high school in 1975. Teachers and students were having sexual relationships openly. It was swept under the rug but all knew about it. The female teacher is who many highschool boys learned about sex from. One of the male teachers had to marry the highschool senior he was having sex with caue she got pregnant. They got a divorce and he married another girl who had sex with a different high school teacher at the same school. I say NO!

Not sure... But I DO know one thing for sure: If she had been my teacher, I wouldn't have quit school at age 17.

When I was a student in high school I had this killer looking math teacher.

She often alluded that she thought I could always do better - and I often thought about suggesting an additional reward. Looking back - my only regret is that I wished that I had followed through on retrieving my award.
