GSA Head Johnson Resigns, Two Others Fired After Excessive Spending At Event


The head of the General Services Administration resigned from her post Monday. Public Buildings Service chief Bob Peck and GSA adviser Stephen Leeds were also fired amid an inspector general investigation into excessive spending at a 2010 training conference. The report said thousands of dollars were spent on a mind reader, a commemorative coin set and a bicycle-building training exercise, among other items for the event.

They should all be charged with Fraud & have to pay the money back to US.

Ditto, 1:18. A little prison time would be okay with me, too. Instead, Goldman Sachs will hire them and in 5-10 years, they'll hold a high ranking position in the Treasury Department.

The spending was just an excuse to get rid of these people.
