Theft – Scheme $10,000 to $100,000
ACCUSED: Amanda Carol LUBINIECKI W/F 27yoa
Laurel, Delaware
NARRATIVE: On October 13, 2011 a Trooper from the Maryland State Police – Berlin Barrack took an initial report of a Theft from the management of Deer Run Golf Club, Berlin, Worcester County, Maryland. From their internal audit they identified that multiple checks had been written to LUBINIECKI from their Operations Account dating back to July 2009.
As a result the Worcester County Bureau of Investigation was contacted and asked to take the lead and continue the investigation. During the next two months Subpoenas for related bank records were requested and ultimately nearly 3000 documents were obtained. These documents were reviewed and seventy-four (74) checks were identified being paid to LUBINIECKI that totaled $45,182.56.
During an interview with LUBINIECKI after being advised of her Miranda Rights she ultimately gave a full confession. She has been charged with the above crimes and a Preliminary Inquiry is schedule for the first week of February 2012. Final disposition of these charges are pending through the Maryland Court System.

I always knew this girl was up to no good. I hope she goes to jail for a long time.
Mandy will absolutely pay a price for what she has done, but that isn't enough for people such as yourself who need to openly make a statement to say how YOU "always knew she was up to no good and hope she does to jail for a long time." How sad for you that you have nothing else better to do than wish bad things upon others. I am writing this to you Anonymous and everyone else out there in Mandy's defense. She is a loyal friend and an amazing person with a sweet spirit. Only she knows why she chose to do these things she has done. Those decisions are not to be judged by the people closest to her to and certainly not for YOU Anonymous.
