ANNAPOLIS, MD Governor Martin O’Malley will make an announcement regarding additional investments in Maryland State Parks.
In addition to providing unlimited recreational opportunities for Maryland families and visitors, Maryland’s 66 State parks have a $650 million annual impact– supporting jobs and local economies, providing green jobs skills training for at risk youth, and providing an outdoor classroom for environmental learning.

Why doesn't Mr. wonderful put these additional funds into education? How much of these additional funds will go to the actual parks and how much will go to the administrators? Maybe we could hear these answers in his speech.
